Tottenham are stepping up their attempts to land Jack Grealish from Aston Villa.<\/p>\n

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is yet to make a signing this summer and has earmarked Grealish as the first new arrival of the close season.<\/p>\n

Villa were reportedly asking for \u00a340million for the England Under-21 international but Spurs hope to secure his signature for half that amount.<\/p>\n
