Loris Karius sent a message to his haters after making another blunder in Liverpool\u2019s pre-season defeat to Borussia Dortmund.<\/p>\n

It appears the 25-year-old German has not yet recovered from his nightmare performance in the Champions League final against Real Madrid<\/a> \u2013 where he was punished for two costly mistakes.<\/p>\n

Fans had hoped Karius would come back stronger from his Kiev horror show, especially after manager Jurgen Klopp appeared to back him as his number one<\/a> for the forthcoming season.<\/p>\n

However, the it seemed the club decided enough is enough after he gifted League Two club Tranmere Rovers a goal<\/a> \u2013 which prompted the scorer to yell \u201cyou\u2019re f***ing s**t\u201d<\/a> towards the goalkeeper \u2013 in a pre-season friendly earlier this summer.<\/p>\n

He has since lost his No.1 shirt to Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson, who arrived at Anfield last week<\/a> in a deal which could rise to \u00a367million.<\/p>\n

With their new signing still unavailable to play, Karius was in the net for Sunday\u2019s friendly against Dortmund and he drew even more criticism when he parried a Christian Pulisic shot straight into the path of Jacob Bruun Larsen, who slotted home easily to round off a 3-1 win over the Reds.<\/p>\n

And the young goalkeeper responded to his critics with a post on Instagram:<\/p>\n

Legendary Spanish keeper Iker Casillas also leapt to Karius\u2019 defence on social media, telling fans to get off the German\u2019s back.<\/p>\n
