The Gunners goalkeeper rolled the ball inches past his own net in his side’s Premier League opener<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

Well, that could\u2019ve been embarrassing.<\/p>\n

Petr Cech, during his side\u2019s opening Premier League opener against Manchester City<\/a>, almost scored a hilarious own-goal.<\/p>\n

Under a small amount of pressure, he rolled the ball inches wide of his right-hand post while trying to find his centre-back.<\/p>\n

Manchester City took the lead in the game courtesy of a brilliant Raheem Sterling goal and some pundits felt Cech could\u2019ve done better with the strike.<\/p>\n

The Arsenal goalkeeper started ahead of summer signing Bernd Leno, and in fairness, he has made a couple of very important saves.<\/p>\n

However, Gunners fans were not ready to have their nerves toyed with in such a way:<\/p>\n
